The beautiful teak bench arrived very well packaged with clear assembly directions and hardware. It is heavy and definitely solid!! We experienced a very minor issue in the that there were only 3 adjustable feet included. Also, I recommend to be very careful when using the allen wrench to attach the screws...the instructions are very clear about not over-tightening which I paid attention to, but I still managed to crack a part of the wood. However, when I contacted Aqua Teak they promptly responded with very generous options on how to resolve my issues. Very pleased overall with the quality of the bench and the responsiveness of the company. Highly recommend!
